A group of men pulled a diamond heist but everythign fell to pieces when the getaway van was involved in an accident. Fish is sent to prison but eventually released on parole six years later. Upon being met outside the prison, Fish arrives at a dilapidated building where the leader of the group has invited all of the surviving members of the heist team. For this he has a special dish - sushi served up on the naked body of a beautiful girl. However, the question on everyone's mind is - where are the diamonds?
Fish had been the bag man, and they believed he had managed to hide the diamonds before he was caught and sent to prison. Fish insists that he doesn't have the diamonds, and thta they were stolen by dirty cops. Through a series of flashbacks, amid moments of torture as the rest of the group try to extract the truth from Fish, greed, distrust and paranoia break the group competely. One by one the group kill each other until only one remains - Duke, the leader.
But he hasn't forgotten the one witness to the night's events - and the Sushi Girl hasn't forgotten him.
