Author's Chapter Notes:

Derek and Kyle rest after mission. I walked up to the hangar, where, as usual, my brothers are.
But I do not go inside. I'm still offended by the Derek and I do not want to talk to him.

From inside I hear familiar voices.

"Hey, Wisher, did you hear? Brother Kyle was in Century work camp." I recognize the voice of Derek.

"Oh, really?" Wisher is responsible and he starts to laugh ..

"Go to hell." Kyle is angry.

"Did he escape?" Was he a hero? " Wisher asked.

"I heard he led John Connor through a slaughterhouse without taking a pinprick." I hear a response from Derek.

"Oh, no, no, no, I heard it was * two * slaughterhouses and That he * Carried * Connor." Wisher mocks further.

Everyone burst out laughing.

I can imagine how Kyle must feel now. I do not understand why they mock Kyle. I'm mad at Derek, he allows them.

"It was * one * slaughterhouse. * Many * Connors." I can hear the calm voice of Kyle.

"Right, right." Wisher said, and he laughs more.

"Leave me alone!" Kyle can not stand, and he leaves.

At the door he almost collides with me.

"Ellie ... What are you doing here?" He asks me surprised.

"Why do you let them on it?" I ask him. "I've heard everything ..."

Kyle leaves down his head and he sighed heavily.

"They still tease me like this, because I'm the youngest among them ..." he responds.

I sigh deeply. "I understand you very well .."

"No matter what I do ... always something is not right ..." says Kyle and clenches his fists.

"Do not worry .." I say, and I hold to my brother.

I lift up my head and I look into his eyes.

I smile and say, "Just one more reason why we need to stick together, Kyle ..."

Kyle smiles, too. "Right."
