SUMMARY

The film begins with Hong Kong detective Kim racing hoewm to find his wife and child slain by the Black Lotus. His quest for the killer takes him to the USA where he joins forces with Det. Tony Luca.

Over the course of the film, the two men move from adversaries to friends, culminating in a fight in a monastry where they work together to destroy the assassin.
